1.Keep no expectation
As person live life with some goal ,In everyday life a person often judge other person/community/ group of people and put mark in mind that a person/community/group of people are good or bad .
If good mark is kept then good expectaions are there from that particular .over a period thsese expectaion may not get complete reasult in feeling bad . In the same manner if mark is kept as bad then person continue to hate that bad person .
what a person should do is not keep balance mark like nature a person is niether bad nor good its his quality are good and bad .there is both is any person a good and a bad
