Blade, Joby stock rally after deal of $125 million

Blade Air Mobility and Joby Aviation: *The Deal: Blade Air Mobility is selling its helicopter passenger rideshare business to Joby Aviation for $125 million. NSDL IPO

  NSE: National Stock Exchange - *OFS*: Offer for Sale - *NSDL*: National Securities Depository Limited - *BSE*: Bombay Stock Exchange - *IPO*: Initial Public Offering The NSDL IPO is opening tomorrow, July 30, 2025, and will continue until August 1, 2025. The price band has been set at ₹760 to ₹800 per equity share, with the company aiming to raise ₹4,011.60 crore through a complete Offer for Sale (OFS).  The IPO will be listed on both the NSE and BSE. Interestingly, NSDL shares are trading at a premium of ₹137 in the grey market, indicating a potential listing gain of around 17%.
